One of my best friends growing up was Chantelle. When she got married she decided she didn't want cake, she wanted brownies! Bless her heart! It was so easy for me and fun to be different!
My Mom is my inspiration in my cooking/baking career. She encouraged me to learn to cook by making dinner every night, having 4-H cooking, and by making AMAZING birthday cakes. After high school I attended culinary school at UVSC. This was such a highlight in my life! I learned so much. My internship was in Italy. Three months in Europe turned out to be the number one experience of my life. After I came back I got a few jobs baking and now I have gotten into decorating cakes...FUN!
